Fleet & Logistic Manager

Hatanga Constructions has been in operation since 2006 and is continuously developing and expanding. We are currently seeking an organized and highly experienced employee to join and grow with the visions of the company by taking on the responsibility as Fleet & Logistics Manager. The key role for this position is to manage, coordinate and supervise all activities relating to Hatanga’s fleet of vehicles and its fleet team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Management & Supervision of Staff (daily operations and scheduled fleet runs)
  • Training & Staff Development
  • Planning & Coordinating of Fleet vehicles
  • Scheduling & Maintenance of all company vehicles
  • Provide Reports & Analysis for Managing Director and Finance as requested
  • Monitor and track movement of all vehicles and fleet team
  • Maintain and Register all company vehicles and ensure valid license
  • Ensure Compliance to SIG Legislation & requirements
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety practices
  • Review, update or establish company vehicle policies as needed

Required

  • Tertiary qualification in the areas of commerce, accounting, or business administration
  • Or At least 3 years experience in Logistics & Fleet management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisation, planning and management skills
  • Excellent Time Management
